Harvesting & Care

Depending on the variety, your peppers should be ready for harvesting within a few months. Pepper plants typically last from 6 months to a year, producing up to a pound of peppers each plant. When your peppers are ready, pick them gently and store them in a cool, dry place. To prevent disease and pests, make sure to regularly inspect and clean the plants.
