Selection of Pepper Varieties

When it comes to selecting pepper varieties, there are many types to choose from. From bell peppers to hot peppers, there is a great variety of flavors, shapes, and colors to choose from. Selecting Containers

When growing peppers indoors, pots and containers should be at least 10”-12” deep and 12”-18” wide. Larger pots do better in providing enough room for the pepper roots to grow and develop. Indoor Lighting

When pepper plants are healthy and have good coverage of flowers and peppers, it’s time to harvest. Peppers can be harvested at any stage as they can be eaten whether green or red. However, if you are leaving them on the plant to turn red, make sure to wait until the pepper turns fully red. Then cut the pepper from the stem. When harvesting, be careful not to damage the plant’s stem to prevent the plant from getting diseased.
